Here are just a few pictures of our quality caulking. We highly recommend caulking your entire house, not just around the windows, doors and butt ends. Most log homes are being built with a drip edge milled into each log, but it isn't just a matter of rain. Moisture comes in many forms.

It is also a matter of insects. A drip edge will not stop carpenter ants, carpenter bees, termites, wood boring beetles and other insects from taking up residence in between your logs.
It is also a matter of dust, noise, and temperature retention. Caulk can help keep your home warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

There are many different types of caulk and chinking available. You have choices between the color of your sealant as well as the texture. We can blend the caulking so it is difficult to see or we can make it stand out.
